I thought it would be useful to have RSD info in one place hence this blog. It can also be a place to explore the ways in which a) I have been affected by the condition but also, and more importantly perhaps b) somewhere to explain the ways in which I have learnt to cope with this condition. Learning to cope has been the hardest lesson I have had to learn in this life - and that includes the death of Glyn. When one first experiences pain the immediate thought is that it will eventually go away or that drugs will control the pain. RSD sufferers know that these options are not available.
